Commercial Electronic Message Consent Form

By approving this form, Dr. Beauty Cosmetics ( Eti Mah. Celal Bayar Bulvarı 1. Kat No:78/123 Çankaya/Ankara ) or through its authorized service providers, in accordance with Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages, shall provide the following services:

1. Communication Channels and Methods

For all products, services, special offers, discounts, promotions, and general information presented to me;

  • Traditional Channels: Telephone, call centers, fax, automated dialing machines, smart voice recording systems,

  • Digital Channels: Electronic mail (e-mail), short message service (SMS/MMS),

  • Instant Messaging and Support: WhatsApp, tawk.to, and other website live support software.

  • Social Media Platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter (X), TikTok, YouTube and similar applications,

  • Analysis and Communication Tools: Through user experience analysis tools like Hotjar;

I consent to receiving all types of commercial electronic communications, including data, voice, and images, sent for commercial purposes, to being contacted, and to promotional activities being carried out electronically.

2. Data Retention and Notification Obligation

I hereby consent to Dr. Beauty Cosmetics storing and processing my personal information for marketing purposes; and to recording and retaining, for legal periods, the content of messages sent and other records related to the messages (sending date, channel information, etc.) for submission to the Turkish Ministry of Trade or relevant regulatory bodies when necessary.

3. Right to Refuse

I declare that I have the right to refuse to receive commercial electronic communications at any time without giving any reason; and that I understand that I can withdraw this consent through the "reject" option in the messages, the Message Management System (MMS), or the company's communication channels.
