5. FORCE MAJEURE

If the contract becomes unperformable due to reasons beyond the control of the parties, such as natural disasters, fire, war, epidemics, or infrastructure failures, the parties cannot be held liable and their rights are suspended.

6. NOTIFICATION AND EVIDENCE AGREEMENT

  • Evidence: In case of any disputes, the Company's books, documents, and computer records shall be considered conclusive evidence in accordance with the Code of Civil Procedure No. 6100.

7. COMPETENT COURT AND EFFECTIVE DATE

The courts and enforcement offices of Ankara shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from the implementation of this Agreement. Completion of the member's registration signifies that they have read and accepted all the terms of this agreement.
