Distance Selling Agreement

By making a purchase from our website, every buyer is deemed to have read and accepted all the terms of the following sales agreement without the need for further notification.

ARTICLE 1: PARTIES TO THE AGREEMENT

By accepting this agreement, the BUYER acknowledges and agrees that if they confirm the order, they will be obligated to pay the price of the order and any additional fees such as shipping costs and taxes, and that they have been informed of this beforehand. l does.

ARTICLE 2: SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of the goods/services ordered by the Buyer electronically from the Seller's website, possessing the characteristics mentioned in the agreement and with the sales price also stated therein, and the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

The buyer is informed of the essential characteristics of the goods/ services for sale, the sale price, the payment method, the delivery conditions, etc. You acknowledge that you have received all preliminary information regarding the service and your right of withdrawal, and that this preliminary information has been provided electronically. The customer acknowledges and declares, in accordance with the terms of this agreement, that they confirmed the transaction and subsequently placed an order for the goods/services.

Important Note: Due to health and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, and wrapping have been opened after delivery. Opening the product packaging is an exception to the right of withdrawal.

ARTICLE 3: DATE OF CONTRACT AND DELIVERY

This agreement is drawn up on the date the order was placed by the Buyer. The goods/services will be delivered to the Customer at the address requested by the Buyer.

3.1. Shipping and Inspection Process

Packages suspected of being damaged during shipment must be opened and inspected in the presence of the delivery company representative. If there is any damage to the product... The product should not be accepted unless a report is filed with the shipping company. If a report is not filed, the BUYER assumes that the shipping company has fully fulfilled its duties after the product is received. He is considered to have accepted what he gave. It is being done.

ARTICLE 4: GENERAL PROVISIONS

  • 4.1. The BUYER acknowledges that they have read and approved the basic product specifications and payment information displayed on the WEBSITE.

  • 4.2. The product will be delivered to the address specified by the buyer, along with the invoice, within a maximum of 30 days.

  • 4.3. If delivery is made to a person/entity other than the BUYER, the SELLER cannot be held responsible if the recipient refuses to accept the delivery.

  • 4.4. The preliminary information and invoice included on the payment page are integral parts of this agreement.

  • 4.5. Installment payment options provided by banks or financial institutions constitute a credit service; from the SELLER's perspective, these sales are considered cash sales.

ARTICLE 5: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The buyer can return the Dr. Beauty Cosmetics product packaging, which was included in the order, within 7 days of receiving it, provided it is unopened and undamaged, and with the approval of customer service.

5.1. Returns and Inspections

Once the order reaches the SELLER's return warehouse, it will be inspected and, after confirmation of "unopened," the refund will be processed to the buyer's bank account. Returns will not be accepted if any damage, breakage, or signs of use are found on the product.

ARTICLE 6: PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY

The information provided by the BUYER will not be shared by the SELLER with any third parties other than the contracted shipping company. The SELLER declares that it has taken all necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure the security of personal data within the scope of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data.

ARTICLE 7: COMPETENT COURT

In case of disputes arising from this Agreement, Consumer Arbitration Boards shall have jurisdiction up to the value declared by the Ministry of Industry and Technology, and in cases exceeding this value, the Consumer Courts and Enforcement Offices of ANKARA shall have jurisdiction.
