1. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Every product you purchase is covered by Dr. Beauty Cosmetics' guarantee.

  • By placing an order online through our website, you agree to the pre-information form and the distance sales contract provided to you.

2. RETURN AND INSPECTION PROCESS

  • Return Period: Provided the outer protective packaging, seal, or tape of the ordered product is undamaged, you can return it within 14 days of the delivery date with customer service approval.

  • Inspection: Once the returned product arrives at our warehouse, it is inspected by our expert teams. After confirming that the product's protective packaging is unopened and undamaged, the refund process will begin.

  • Used Products: Due to hygiene and health protection standards, returns and refunds will not be accepted for cosmetic products whose packaging, tape, seals, or wrapping have been opened, tried, or used after delivery.

3. CARGO AND DELIVERY CONTROL

  • If you suspect damage to the package delivered by the shipping company, open and inspect the package in front of the delivery person.

  • If the product or packaging is damaged, do not accept delivery and have the shipping company fill out a "Damage Assessment Report" .

  • In cases where products are accepted without a delivery receipt being filed, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted that the shipping company fully fulfilled its duties and that the product was received in good condition.

4. RETURN AND REFUND PERIOD

  • Processing: Your return request will be processed within 7 business days of the product reaching our company.

  • Refund: After refund approval, credit card or bank refunds are processed within 14 business days , depending on bank procedures. Your bank may not reflect the refund in the same statement period; in this case, you need to contact your bank's customer service.
